Avoid "Starvation Diets"
The problem with many of today's popular lida slimming capsule diets is that they just don't provide your body with enough calories or with the nutrition that it needs. When you drastically cut back on your calories you probably will see results at first. However, behind the scenes you are doing a lot more harm than good.
If you are not getting enough calories your body will go into "starvation mode", slowing down your metabolism so you burn fewer calories and clinging on to your fat reserves even harder. What this means is that it will become harder for you to lose weight and easier for you to put weight back on when you go back to eating normally.

Instead, follow a diet that provides your body with enough calories for energy and also with the nutrition that it needs.
